How do I...
Search for a protocol
Click on the "Search" page link above
Enter some keywords to help us find matching protocols. You can search by:
- MRI modality (e.g. T1, T2, Bold, Diffusion, etc)
- Clinical application (e.g. stroke, dementia)
- Scanner model or coil type
- Project code or name e.g. biobank
- Citation reference (author, title, publication, year, DOI)
- ... plus any other keywords
Download a protocol
- Use "Search" page to locate a protocol you are intereseted in
- Use the protocol's link to view the details
- Click on the "Download" button
- Please be patient while then PDF of the protocol is generated
- Follow the on screen instructions to complete the download
- Open the PDF from your browser's local download directory
Cite a protocol
Protocol specific citation instructions can be found in each protocol's listing. Please follow them when publishing.
While viewing the protocol on the web site you will find the instructions in the usage section.
Having downloaded a protocol you will find those same usage instructions in the body text.
